wingz , esh , healme & sonny Yea, my promised timeline expired! but sorry guys, the system is still in progress. A lot of challenge working with concrete structures. Leaking, wall collapse, sump wall collapse.. cracks and the list continues with Hopefully a month more, i can get it up and running. Since this is taking time, i'm currently in the midst of setting up fertigation system on the balance 1 acre. Starting with Bendi plantation. healme Well this is an ongoing war with me and the system. Finding the correct method, took me some time, and $. Firstly, your structure work must be good to ensure no cracking occures. First is the base, the ground must be able to withhold weight, and if possible there must be layers of red sand, and pasir kasar to make a good base. Then You gotta use strengtheners like besi link, BRC A7 and other steel supports. The way you kahwin this stuff, is the most important. The concerete mixture must be mixed with water proofing material, (sold in liquid bottles) with the correct ratio. Finally, to prevent leaching, and as sealent, i use Bitumen sealer, sort of a rubber paint water proofing material.

So sorry to hear about your long list of problems. hope you'll 'take care' of them soon. How long have you been in aqua/agriculture commercially? Do you built the tanks on your own?

Hi sonny , i'm relatively new. 12 years in IT, past 1.5 years in aquaculture. Full time dive in past 7 months . Tanks were built using contractors, ranging from direct indo/bangla , now to an experienced local contractor.
